Why BY Perl?

Among with its literary meaning ‘BY Perl’ means includes also two-letter code of the Respublic of Belarus. So the whole might be interpreted as About Perl in Belarusian.

When and where?

Exact date and place of the event are due to be settled a bit later. It will be somewhere in the middle autumn.

Event is free of charge. Even for speakers.

How?

You may register as a new user; or propose a talk. Official languages of the event are Belarusian, Russian and Perl :-) English-speaking people are also desired.
