Why BY Perl?

Along with its literary meaning ‘BY Perl’ means includes also two-letter code of the Respublic of Belarus. So the whole might be interpreted as About Perl in Belarusian.

How?

You may register as a new user; or propose a talk. Official languages of the event are Belarusian, Russian and Perl :-) English-speaking people are also desired.
